New Site Manager role in Kent.

The company:

An established contractor with a proven track record of delivering projects medium to major projects across new build and refurbishment schemes throughout the country. Due to a run of successful contract awards the contractor is looking to increase the size of one its project delivery teams.

The project:

New build £11m D&B commercial unit under construction. Works comprise of civil engineering, piled foundations, steel frame structure with varying cladding types and internal fit out.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a management team.
  • Be someone that can be flexible in the role and be comfortable being out on site driving construction activities (this is not an office based position)
  • CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 upwards).
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Temporary Works qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong paperwork skills.
  • Good level of I.T literacy.
