A RGN - nurse is needed for a Nursing Unit with 20 beds located in Warrington.
The service is a 67 bed care facility owned by a family run provider who have once again been listed as a winner in the 'Top 20 medium sized Care Groups for the 3rd year in a row.
The responsibilities of the Staff Nurse include:
- Medication and associated documentation
- Person-centred care plans
- Lead and motivate the team
- Support the management in the safe and effective running of the home
- Working with the care team to provide excellent care and maintaining a safe, secure and tranquil atmosphere
All applicants require:
- Registered general nurse qualification - RGN with a valid NMC PIN
- Experience within nursing homes preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Satisfactory references and DBS check
- Dedication to the role
