Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, engaging them in exciting and challenging lessons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver innovative curriculum-based activities that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and career progression.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) with an expectation to gain QTS.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
