Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Thame
Salary: £25,500 to £26,000 per annum
Contract Details: Full time, Permanent
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 (with a 30-minute lunch break), Friday 08:00-14:30 (with a 30-minute lunch break).
Responsibilities:
- Receive and allocate batch numbers for all incoming goods.
- Liaise with Suppliers and Warehouse Manager regarding documentation or certification.
- Verify quantities and condition of received goods.
- Accurately pick components according to job sheets for production.
- Pack and load/unload delivery vehicles.
- Pack goods for despatch.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Observe good Health and Safety practises.
Skills & Experience:
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Forklift driving experience is desirable.
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
