The purpose of the roles is to support procurement operations by creating and managing purchase orders on the business platform, playing a key role in ensuring the company spending is well-managed and compliant:

  • Assisting in tracking company spending with retailers through the business platform.
  • Managing historical chargebacks.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Providing basic troubleshooting support for users of the business platform, escalating technical issues to the IT team as required.
  • Suggesting and assisting with implementing process improvements.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

  • Strong attention to detail is required with the ability to manage and track multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational skills are essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential to work collaboratively across the business.
  • Good IT skills including basic Excel skills are required.
