Description

We are seeking an ambitious Executive Assistant to CEO and Founders to support both the CEO and Founders at an exciting time of the next phase of the journey. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior leadership, assisting in daily management tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the senior team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organisational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant to CEO and Founders should have:

  • You're an experienced Executive Assistant with relevant C-suite experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • You've supported more than one individual at a time, excelling at organising multiple people, managing workload and juggling conflicting priorities/expectations effectively - you love to make people's working lives easier.
  • You're helpful, proactive, approachable, and adaptable detail-orientated multitasker and problem solver.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're confident with remote working, comfortable with technology and associated tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Asana etc).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • You have some event management experience including corporate and social events.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
