The Role
You will be responsible for assisting a Key stage 2 child with ASD, supporting them 1:1 academically. This role which calls for the expertise of a confident and proactive individual with existing experience supporting children with SEN, specifically ASD.
Learning Support Assistant
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant working with SEN
- An understanding of challenging behaviour
- Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills is desirable
- Have good behaviour management skills
