As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Rotating Equipment), you will be required to:
- Overhaul and maintain various types of rotating equipment.
- Diagnose and correct plant equipment problems to improve reliability.
- Implement preventative maintenance techniques.
- Use SAP to create and close notifications and order materials.
- Lead and execute engineering tasks safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with technical experts and specialist contractors as needed.
Candidate:
- Time-served with relevant petrochemical industry experience.
- Experienced in major overhaul of reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, cryogenic pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
- Knowledgeable in working with older machinery and reverse engineering.
- High concern for operational safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Full trade-related apprenticeship and/or HNC/HND qualification preferred.
