Warehouse / Production Assistant
to join our dynamic team in Crawley. This role is perfect for individuals with prior warehouse or production experience who are ready to work night shifts.
*Please note this role requires the person to work night shifts*
Shift Pattern:
- Initial Training (3 months): 7.30am - 4pm
- Afternoon Shifts: 11.30am - 8pm (+10% pay increase)
- Permanent Evening Shifts: 3.30pm - 1.45am (+20% pay increase)
The Job:
- Operate and monitor production line machines efficiently.
- Wrap and palletise orders with precision and care.
- Move stock and load deliveries using a counterbalance forklift.
- Match delivery notes to dispatch orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
The Package:
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £36,000pa* *for night shifts
- 10% increase for afternoon shifts and 20% increase for permanent evening shifts.
- 23 days annual leave.

The Person:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts after the initial 3-month day shift training.
- Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift.
