Management Accountant Interim - Leicestershire c8mnths
We are working with a great Leicestershire client who are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support their friendly finance team for the next 7/8 months.
Responsibilities include:
- Month-end and management reporting, including journal preparation and processing, cash book posting, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Produce accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve all reconciling items.
- Manage the fixed asset register
- Monthly reporting requirements
- Collaborate with senior management on weekly forecasting, reporting, analysis, and commercial decision-making.
- Ad hoc forecasting as required.
- Involvement in projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong management accounting experience skills
- Quick learning ability and capacity to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, SUMIF, and also starting to use Power BI).
- This role does offers 1 day a week working from home.
