**The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion across key European markets. This role is pivotal in growing our presence in the industry, particularly in France. You'll be responsible for developing new business, nurturing existing relationships, and representing our brand at major industry events.
**Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share in targeted European regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brewery clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Reconnect with lapsed customers and leverage soft contacts to reignite partnerships.
- Represent the company at international beer festivals, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including key accounts and distribution, to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Use language skills to communicate effectively across diverse markets and enhance customer engagement.
**Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the beverage or brewing industry.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, ideally French but other languages also considered
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive communication style.
- Willingness to travel across Europe and work flexible hours as needed.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Basic understanding of brewing processes and ingredients is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel by air and road.
