My clients have an excellent reputation and are looking for somebody who is keen to progression to management level relatively quickly. This role is Monday – Friday only NO WEEKENDS.
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Benefits
- £28k basic salary, rising after training.

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties :
- Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for the auction arm of the business.
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- Following office procedures & policies
- Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market for auction.
- Registering Applicants and organising open houses.
- All pre & post follow up.
- Innovative idea contributions for marketing material.
- Ad hoc valuations.
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
