**Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and prospects on-site.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Generate and qualify leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training to clients.

  • Negotiation and Closing:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales.

  • Follow up on sales leads and track progress through the sales pipeline.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
