Training and Education Manager/ London / Hybrid / £52,000
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand who specialise within digital and data solutions for the world's largest retailers and those within the marketplace. We are recruiting for a Training and Education Manager who will play a key role in overseeing all training and education activities across the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To oversee training marketing and collateral, both online and offline, and support the continued development of the marketing to both members and non-members.
- To manage the company's Learning Management System
- To work with the company's and industry engagement teams and other stakeholders as required to develop, deploy and refine training and education content.
- Ensure that management information is up to date, accurately reflects progress of the activities of the team.
- To work cross-departmentally to identify training requirements that support strategic projects.
- To maintain up-to-date information and reports and show performance against agreed KPIs.
- To manage internal and contracted learning and content designers as required.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the design and implementation of learning strategies
- Experience in a focused training role, identifying training needs etc
- Experience in partnering/managing subject matter experts, external consultants and solutions providers
- Experience in both learning design and delivery
- The ability to work effectively across diverse teams (such as industry engagement, marketing, consulting, technical and information systems).
- Experience of managing and leading people.
