As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth. With a diverse range of responsibilities, from offering personalised recommendations to managing order processing, your day will be filled with excitement and variety.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, guiding them through our product range, and providing expert advice.
Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving repeat business.
Utilise various channels to identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our flooring.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from order placement to delivery coordination.
Track and report on sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
?? Requirements:
Proven experience in telephone and face-to-face inbound sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and partners.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and drive revenue.
Passion for design and aesthetics to provide valuable advice to customers.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Impeccable organisational and time management skills.
Full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle (ideal but not necessary).
