To assist in ensuring the security of sheltered housing schemes is maintained at all times when on the scheme
To assist in fostering a community spirit by promoting sheltered accommodation, developing the scheme as a centre of excellence and organising social events/activities.
To assist to monitor and to promote the general well-being and safety of tenants in residential sheltered accommodation with a view to preserving and encouraging their independence.
