  • Job Type: Full-time, Office Based Mon- Fri 08.00 - 16.00

We are seeking a Site Administrator with a background in the construction/ demolition industry (preferably). This role is integral to the smooth operation of our sites, ensuring that all aspects of risk assessment, procurement, and health and safety are managed effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare and manage Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires for potential projects.
  • Raise Non-Conformance Reports and provide technical support to site teams.
  • Submit weekly progress reports to site managers.
  • Order plants, materials, and skips as required for site operations.
  • Liaise with site managers to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely arrival of orders.
  • Create and maintain site Health and Safety folders.
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Update the training matrix and organise training sessions and site inductions for operatives and contractors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience within the construction industry, demolition experience preferred.
  • Proficient in managing RAMS and completing industry-specific documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with site managers and other stakeholders.
  • Competent in scheduling, tracking deliveries, and managing procurement processes.
  • Knowledgeable in health and safety regulations and maintaining compliance records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
