Do you have experience in a contact centre environment with excellent customer service skills? Are you ready to take the next step in your career? If so, we want to hear from you! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly, driven Arena Customer Service Associate to join our Arena team based in Colwick, Nottingham.

Hillarys is part of the Hunter Douglas group of companies, and this role is specifically for our trade division brand: Arena. Our Arena team are a happy crew of friendly and knowledgeable individuals who love what they do! The team are passionate about leading by example, and continuously explore ways to enhance their performance. Upwards of 1400 customers across the UK and Ireland, the team get to know their customers well, which in turn, enables friendly relationships to be established.

In this role, your responsibilities may vary from addressing customer queries via phone or email one day to actively generating leads and opportunities the next!

You will receive full training on our products and processes, and one on one support from your team manager and colleagues.

Are you the ideal candidate? Here is what we are looking for...

  • A fantastic communicator with strong influencing skills, when interacting with our customers on a daily basis via telephone and email.
  • You will have the autonomy to succeed in your role, so tenacity is essential.
  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so your friendly nature will enable you to effectively establish a rapport with our customers.
  • Your flexible approach and ability to work in a fast paced environment will complement the dynamics of our team and help to drive our service forward.
  • Desirably, you will have worked within a call centre environment previously, taking inbound calls or making outbound calls through sales or service.
  • The working knowledge of SAP, Excel and Word is also desirable.
