They are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients, and have a fantastic reputation within the legal industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Residential Property team - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a great firm and progress your career within conveyancing.
Duties
- Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, shared ownership and more from inception to completion
- Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
- Working closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents and any other parties
- Building upon existing relationships and client recommendations, and generating your ow
- Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
You
- You must have a minimum of 3 years' PQE within Residential Conveyancing
- Experience carrying a mixed and busy caseload without supervision
- Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiries
- Ability to build and develop professional relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
On Offer
- Annual salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience
- Office-based working
- Bonus structure for additional earnings
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - part-time considered for more experienced candidates
