**About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team. The successful candidate will be working closely with students who have a range of special educational needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
**Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with a variety of special educational needs.
- Work closely with the classroom teacher to implement individual education plans.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
**Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding.
