Job Title: Warehouse Stock Controller
Location: Rochester, Kent
Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

Duties and responsibilities
- Managing stock levels using IT systems and digital devices
- Owning the Perpetual inventory program, completing regular cycle counts
- Conducting full and thorough investigations into stock discrepancies including root cause analysis
- Drive optimization of warehouse layout and efficiency
- Data entry ensuring WMS system is up to date.
- Stock rotation and disposal duties
- Merchandising of inventory ensuring optimum pick performance.
- Communicating and working directly with the warehouse team
- Collaborating with other departments including production and finance
- Any other reasonable duties associated with the role
Experience required:
- Proven work experience as an Inventory/Stock Controller or similar role.
- Team player with a flexible approach to a variety of duties.
- Familiar with WMS software
- Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent record keeping abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Good computer skills and knowledge of applications in particular, Microsoft Excel as we use many similar software's.
