What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage, administer, and develop the maintenance CMMS system daily.
- Implement a proactive and predictive maintenance strategy using advanced techniques to enhance plant reliability through the site PPM system.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work orders and requests from various departments, coordinating efforts between the internal maintenance team and external contractors.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relevant engineering background.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of proactive maintenance reliability techniques.
