My client is looking for an Office Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.

The role:

  • Providing cover for the reception desk - greeting clients, providing with refreshments
  • Supporting in the post room with sorting, distribution, scanning and filing
  • Meeting room set up, supporting with office moves - will require some manual handling
  • Facilites support
  • General administration support

The role will be working between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
