ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Look after the Ruby on Rails (Backend), JavaScript, React, and SQL.
- Demonstrate a product-focused Engineering Mindset
- Capable of growing the organization from 50 to 150 Engineers
- Showcase a proven history of building high-performing teams and successfully managing Software Engineers and managers.
- Showcase a track record of collaborating with peers in product, design, and data to deliver exceptional consumer products.
