Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Salary: Circa £23,000 per annum + commission
Location: St Albans
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our client's team as a Telemarketing Executive. This role involves researching potential customers and establishing initial contact and scheduling product demo appointments with customers.
Our client will also consider candidates with limited experience, so this role would also suit a recent school leaver, looking for their first role.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident telephone manner and good customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and initiate contact with potential customers via phone and email.
- Schedule appointments with customers for product demos.
- Conduct product demos and present product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and appointments.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for customer engagement.
- Provide feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
