NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership and on an 'Exclusive' basis with a Whole of Market, Independent & Chartered Firm of Financial Planners. This is a full time, employed role.

Reporting to a Team Director, the successful candidates will provide a proactive, personal, and holistic financial planning service to a diverse client bank. Always ensuring they receive accurate information and are advised on the most suitable solutions that meet their individual objectives and circumstances. The role is fundamental to the success of our Client and the right candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, regulated financial advice to clients and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

With fantastic support from a large Admin & Paraplanning team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top quality holistic financial planning advice to a portfolio of clients, including;

" Providing technical and investment advice as well as wealth management for clients' financial affairs

" Creating, building, and maintaining long-term client relationships, through good quality service and advice

" Communicating information to clients in a manner appropriate for their level of understanding

" Maintaining knowledge of current affairs and the potential impact these can have on clients

" Explaining the potential advantages and disadvantages of various products and services recommended to clients

" Conducting research and data analysis for both clients and special projects

" Keeping up to date with all relevant regulations, legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to the role

" Adhering to compliance procedures and complying with the regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

" Adopting an open, honest approach and dealing with all aspects of clients' affairs with integrity

What you need to Succeed

" highly driven, self-motivated, good initiative and a good team player

" a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning

" minimum of six months' experience in a financial adviser capacity

" full understanding of pensions and wealth management planning solutions is essential

" able to research, analyse and interpret technical information

" possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

" excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT skills

" able to convey complex information to a wide variety of people with various levels of understanding, both written and verbally

" an ethical and professional approach to work
