Our client, a top-rated financial planning company, is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join their dynamic Transformation team. What you'll do:
As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client's custom Dynamics 365 system. You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions. Your role will involve engaging with end-users to gather feedback, understanding their pain points, and developing practical solutions within the existing systems infrastructure. You will also identify opportunities for automation and system integration, creating efficiencies that allow the client-facing team to focus on delivering exceptional service. Your expertise in D365 and power apps functionality will be essential in designing and testing customisations to the D365 system.

  • Monitor systems performance, troubleshoot and implement corrective actions
  • Engage with end-users to gather feedback and understand pain points
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying gaps between business requirements and system capabilities
  • Develop practical solutions within existing systems infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities for automation and system integration
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles as required
  • Provide systems training and ad-hoc coaching to the wider team
  • Maintain a strong understanding of D365 and power apps functionality
  • Design and test customisations to the D365 system
  • Manage and maintain the D365 data

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Power Platform Developer role brings at least one year's experience working with power platforms. They will possess strong problem-solving abilities, addressing challenges proactively. Their ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams sets them apart. They has good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure including Teams, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office. Experience working with Power Automate and/or Power BI would be an advantage. They are comfortable with change and thrives in fast-paced environments.
