Administrative support role for a great company based in Guildford. This is a hybrid job - 2 days in the office and is part-time - flexible 4 hours per day (school hours) 20 hours pw. You must be able to commute to Guildford within 30 minutes of home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Draft and prepare surveying notices and awards, with a requirement to obtain Land Registry information as part of the preparation.
- Track the status of notices, agreements, and responses to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Support surveyors by managing all documentation and ensuring streamlined workflows. 2. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and adjoining owners regarding surveying matters, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate between surveyors, clients, adjoining owners, and other relevant parties, escalating issues as needed.
Experience:
- Technical administration experience/PA from legal or accountancy would be ideal or knowledge of conveyancing/surveying
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible approach
- Steady CV
- Excellent verbal and written English
