Are you an experienced Beauty Head of Sales looking for a more challenge with a dynamic, highly entrepreneurial indie business? My client has an enviable award-winning brand portfolio and is looking for a talented sales leader to drive significant growth, domestically and across Europe.
As part of the senior leadership team you'll work closely with counterparts in Brand & Education in particular; developing robust promotional and communication strategies - collaborating on activity to amplify brand moments which result in growth.
Experience of gaining and managing relationships with key UK beauty retailers is essential, such as Sephora, Amazon, Space NK, Cult Beauty, Selfridges. This opportunity will lead from the front engaging with senior stakeholders, leading negotiations and upskilling the team where required, mentoring and coaching for success.
Visibility is important for this role, the company is developing a strong internal culture and evolving as a business, therefore you must be happy to work in their London offices 3 days a week.
