Based out of Sheffield, this is an excellent opportunity for somebody with similar or transferrable industry experience to increase their earning potentials and grow with an extremely successful and ambitious employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, presenting our products and services to secure new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets and objectives.
  • Client Re-engagement: Identify lapsed customers and develop tailored strategies to win them back, ensuring their long-term loyalty.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, providing regular reports to the Managing Director/Sales Manager
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform business strategies.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
