Dove & Hawk are partnering with a multi-branch agency, who are looking a experienced and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing Lettings team in one of their top-producing offices, where your potential earnings are uncapped. With an average of 50 available properties, the possibilities are endless.

Here's what you can expect:
- Salary: Basic £21,000 - £25,000 / OTE £46K - £70K (depending on experience)

- Property Viewings: Organize and conduct viewings for our extensive portfolio of premium properties.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional service.
- Applicant Registration: Register and qualify applicants, matching them with their ideal rental homes.
- Negotiations: Skillfully manage the offer process, from negotiation to key handover.
- Customer Service: Consistently exceed client expectations through unparalleled service.
Who They're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Lettings Negotiator in the residential property sector.
