Internal Account Manager

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our fast-growing company as an Internal Account Manager. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and relationships are nurtured. If you have a knack for organisation and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Raising and progressing customer orders through to delivery.
  • Building and enhancing relationships with customers.
  • Liaising between customers and the studio for artwork approvals.
  • Maintaining internal sales processes and customer stock management.
  • Providing support for the external sales team.
  • Handling new sales enquiries and estimating.
  • Managing customer complaints and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Engaging with customers primarily by telephone and email, with occasional in-person meetings at our purpose-built site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager is preferable.
  • Professional, personable, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Capable of working under pressure and to tight timescales.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Organised and focused with exceptional attention to detail.
