This role is integral to our operations, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and relationships are nurtured. Day-to-day of the role:
- Raising and progressing customer orders through to delivery.
- Building and enhancing relationships with customers.
- Liaising between customers and the studio for artwork approvals.
- Maintaining internal sales processes and customer stock management.
- Providing support for the external sales team.
- Handling new sales enquiries and estimating.
- Managing customer complaints and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Engaging with customers primarily by telephone and email, with occasional in-person meetings at our purpose-built site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager is preferable.
- Professional, personable, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Capable of working under pressure and to tight timescales.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Organised and focused with exceptional attention to detail.
