Meraki Talent is working closely with an established professional services company based in East Kilbride to support in the recruitment of an experienced Business Operations Manager. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the business to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. The Business Operations Manager will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure that all business operations align with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all departments.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Ensure that all operations comply with relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Optimize workforce planning and scheduling to ensure operational efficiency
  • Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with the company's financial goals.
  • Monitor and control operational expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to provide accurate forecasting and reporting on operational costs and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.

  • Proficient in operations management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial services operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
