Excelcare are a privately owned nursing and care provider established for over 34 years. Our Support Office is based in the heart of Bromley, Kent, however our portfolio of homes span South London, Essex, Cambridge and Milton Keynes. We have an opportunity for a Nourish Implementation Business Partner to join the Care Quality & Governance Team who are based in Bromley.

The main purpose of the role will be to support the Nourish Business Partner to ensure that Nourish is successfully embedded throughout our services and that updates and changes to the system are communicated, standards are monitored and teams are trained in correct processes. The role is groupwide and therefore you would be required to travel to different locations as needed to support the ongoing roll out of the system.

You will also work closely with the Digital Transformation Team and the wider teams throughout our Support Office and the Care Homes.

About the role:

  • To monitor the standards and work alongside homes to teach by coaching on correct standards of documentation and use.
  • Provide face to face training on use of Nourish and handsets.
  • Support in ensuring the management team and Team Leaders have a good working knowledge of Nourish insights, summary dashboard, accident and incidents and power BI reports linked to Nourish and how it supports in evidencing oversight and a well led home.
  • Operate at a Nourish Superuser level and support in the implementation to schedules and processes as agreed/directed by the Nourish Business Partner and the Director of Care Quality and Governance to reduce and manage risk identified in the system and to support in the organisational governance and CQC compliance.
  • Sharing lessons learnt around the system.
  • Attend regular meetings with Nourish to ensure that risks/concerns or required areas of development are shared with them and followed up to resolution.
  • Identify and report risk where homes are not maintaining a minimum standard of completion as set out in the quality framework.
  • Keep up to date with proposed changes in the system, review, and feedback in relation to any beta testing that organisation is involved in.
  • Ensuring any systems that are linking into Nourish are linking effectively and if not reported and monitored to resolution.
  • Act as a point of knowledge and address any questions, queries, or concerns around the use of the system.
  • Prepare a monthly Nourish system update to be sent out to all users

About you:

  • A care plan enthusiast with a passion for developing care plans with attention to detail and excellence.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Nourish Care planning system possibly in an operations capacity or as part of an implementation team.
  • Knowledge of care home operations and use of digital care systems
  • Understanding of CQC regulations and requirements for achieving required person-centred and individual outcomes for the people living in our services.
  • Able to analyse data and produce reports to reflect progress and trends.
  • Effective communicator
  • Strong IT skills and history of system implementation is advantageous.
  • Someone who is ready to make a meaningful difference within a family-oriented organisation.
  • Car driver with own car – mileage reimbursed and accommodation covered.
  • Able to commute across the portfolio of homes to work with
