Tax Trainee - Sevenoaks - Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Conduct research on various tax issues and present findings to senior staff.
- Support in the preparation of tax planning and advisory services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information.
- Stay current with tax regulations and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of tax and a desire essential - software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or ATT (or studying towards).
