We are seeking an Employability Tutor to deliver a comprehensive 7-day course aimed at enhancing the job-seeking skills of adults. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about making a tangible difference in people's lives by equipping them with the necessary skills to enhance their employability.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct engaging and interactive sessions from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM each day of the course.
- Tailor course content to meet the needs and backgrounds of job seekers.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a supportive and motivational learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A recognised Teaching qualification.
- Assessor qualification.
- Proven experience in delivering employability training or similar courses.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Passionate about adult education and career development.
