IT Support Engineer
Location: Dudley
Salary: £26,000

Job Overview:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Support Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and various IT systems
- Ensure timely and accurate logging of all issues in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory and network troubleshooting
- Experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
