For the successful Recruitment Branch Manager , we are offering:

  • £36,000 per annum DOE (With an Uncapped Commission Structure).
  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm) .
  • Every 2nd Friday off in addition to 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us!

The Role - Recruitment Branch Manager:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruitment consultants to exceed targets and objectives.
  • Lead business development activities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Creating bespoke solutions that exceed our client's needs and expectations.
  • Building lasting relations with customers and networking through the businesses.
  • Working collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the client's operations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies, including GDPR and best practice recruitment standards.
  • Provide regular performance reviews, coaching, and training to team members to support their professional development and success.

What we are loo king for in a Recruitment Branch Manager :

  • A highly motivated individual with proven recruitment management experience - ESSENTIAL.
  • Valid driving license - ESSENTIAL .
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data.
