Your new role
This is an exciting role, working in a small team across the full marketing mix to generate leads, sales and engagement to support the business in meeting challenging targets. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and alongside another Marketing executive to drive new customer acquisition and engagement across all key market segments. This will include a range of online and offline channels in line with longer-term plans and short-term needs. This will be a varied role across the full marketing mix to generate leads, sales and engagement to support the business in meeting challenging targets. Key responsibilities will include optimising and managing content on business websites via WordPress CMS; creating engaging content for all channels, including copywriting, photography and videography; working with internal departments to create brand consistent printed material and collateral, as well as supporting PR plans, activations and press visits.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be a proactive aspiring marketing professional with a positive attitude who is keen to develop and progress further in an all round generalist role. Ideally, you will have some experience working in a marketing role, whether this is an internship, placement or formal role. You need to have a creative flair with a passion for content creation and a high standard of written English and understanding of design language. Experience in managing online communities on social media and other digital platforms is highly desirable, along with copywriting and proofing skills. What you'll get in return
