We are seeking a General Operative with a strong background in the construction industry to join our Clients dedicated team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is well-organised, has a keen attention to detail, and is committed to providing exemplary service.
The Company supply specialist additives for Concrete applications and they are looking to appoint additional staff to support their activities. Full training will be given.
Day to Day of the role:
- Attend sites, batching plants, and the factory as required, ensuring all procedures for product application and production are followed accurately.
- Ensure application areas are prepared properly before product use
- Record all details and adhere to laid down procedures.
- Comply with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Complete Daily Certificates of Completion and maintain company equipment in good condition.
- Ensure the vehicle is stocked with essential materials, equipment, and tools.
- Submit all site forms electronically - training given on using software / tablet
- Keep CSCS cards up to date and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Complete Weekly timesheets and report any issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid CSCS card is essential.
- Experience within the construction industry based on sites.
- Full clean driving license and own transport (vehicle expenses covered).
