Are you looking for an interesting Customer Service role with a very fun product? This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a small and sociable Customer Service team in Horsforth - LS18. Any experience in Customer Service will be considered including Retail, Hospitality or Telephone Customer Service.

THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE!!

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 Office Based

Location: Horsforth LS18 - parking

The role;

  • Speaking to clients - business to business and taking orders for the products
  • Processing payments
  • Handling customer service issues, delivering resolution in line with company standard
  • Upselling products, accessories and promotions
  • Building relationships with Clients
  • Liaising with the distribution and stock team

About you;

  • Confident and good at relationship building
  • Energetic
  • Customer Service experience either face to face or on the phone
