Search Consultancy are recruiting for a Branch Manager within rental sales at Heathrow airport on behalf of a global business!
This role is overseeing the day to day running of a flagship branch including turnover earning, team management, customer loyalty and servicing partners.
Role: Branch Manager
Location: Heathrow airport
Salary: £32,500 - £44,500 basic
Benefits: company car, commission based on profits, mobile phone, pension, employee discounts, on-site parking
Hours: rota basis between the hours of 5am and 12am due to the operating hours of the branch. 48 hours in a week with 2 days off in the week. You will be able to flex your hours within this role however, will still need to do your core hours over the week and ensure you are flexible dependent on the needs of the branch.
Job description:
- Managing staff day to day to ensure the smooth running of the branch
- Ensure customer feedback is reviewed and actioned
- Upselling products and ensure this being encouraged throughout the branch
- Produce reports along with a strategy on the operations of the branches development
- Dealing with the general public and corporate clients via the phone and in person as and when needed
- Create long lasting relationship with repeat customers
- First point of contact for escalations
- Daily and monthly reporting, staff rota management, stock allocations and H&S admin
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers
- Working with other internal teams to support the running of the branch
Experience required:
- Experienced manager within the car rental industry will be needed for this role
- Strong people manager
