My client based in Liverpool is on the lookout for a Sales Advisor with an eCommerce background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and LiveChat.
- Provide accurate sales quotations, stock information, and product advice promptly.
- Manage the entire customer journey, collaborating with suppliers to offer updates and solutions.
- Proactively follow up on inquiries and quotations, addressing customer concerns by coordinating with suppliers.
- Efficiently process a high volume of orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and apply knowledge across a wide product range under the Trade Gear brand.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, maintaining accurate records in our booking system.
- A calm, problem-solving mindset with a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
Bonus Skills:
- A passion for helping customers and finding effective solutions.
- Previous experience in phone or online-based sales or customer service.
- Experience in eCommerce or retail is a plus.
- Ability to adapt and think critically when faced with challenges.
- Willingness to ask for assistance when needed.
