Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for a Wayleave Officer to support with obtaining wayleaves and permissions to carry out works on land.

Here's why you'll love this role...
- Acquisition of wayleaves, easements, freehold and leasehold
- Help ensure all existing wayleaves/ agreements are current, signed and with appropriate review dates
- Set up reviews/ negotiate and re-negotiate wayleaves and agreements
- Assist with checks and maintenance repairs, and keep an up-to-date asset list
- Liaise with legal team and land agents to draw up license/wayleave agreements
Here's why you'll be great in this role...
- You will have previous experience with wayleave and licences
- Ideally you will have code powers experience
- Legal experience desirable - paralegal, LPC or similar
- A good understanding of local planning policies and procedures
- Strong communication and IT skills, Monday experience
- You will need a full UK driving licence
