  • Annual Salary: £21,000-28,000 per annum or paid hourly if part-time
  • Location: Croydon & Sutton
  • Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Join our team as an Early Years Practitioner and play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3-5 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Encouraging children's development through play and teaching
  • Creating a secure environment using imagination to help children learn
  • Working with parents to support their children
  • Monitoring progress and planning educational activities and games
  • Having knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Having good knowledge of the 7 areas of development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 2 or 3 CACHE Childcare qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year working within Early Years
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to plan and deliver engaging and educational activities
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to work well as part of a team
