Project Administrator
Raunds Area
Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs
Salary - circa £25k
Our client, based near Raunds, a successful and growing independent company, are recruiting a Project Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position that will provide administrative support to all areas of the business, and also work closely with the director to produce CAD designs for warehouse storage systems. The successful candidate will gain exposure to many facets of the company, and there is genuine scope for development to become a fully fledged Project Manager over time.
Duties will include:-
- Supporting one of the directors with design and technical support
- Supporting the Finance Team - credit control, invoicing, purchase ledger
- Supporting in the service and parts functions
- General administration
The successful applicant will be IT literate with a knowledge of MS Office, a good communicator, keen to learn, and possess a positive and flexible attitude. Some knowledge of AutoCAD 2D is also essential.
On offer is a starting salary of circa £25k which will be reviewed after 6 month probation period.
