Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and acknowledge customer orders processed through the ERP system
  • Place orders directly to factories, ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and strategy
  • Issue order confirmations to customers, maintaining clear and consistent communication
  • Communicate any delays, changes, or amendments to orders promptly
  • Liaise with the office in the Far east on all relevant aspects of orders and monitor order progress
  • Provide final shipping documents to customers, ensuring accuracy
  • Prepare and issue weekly and monthly reports
  • Handle all ad-hoc matters related to order processing with efficiency and attention to detail

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain coordination
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation
  • Experience with data analysis and report generation

Technologies:

  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
