Duties include

Credit Control:

Manage credit for a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy cash flow.

Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue invoices, and negotiate payment plans where necessary.

Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients, setting appropriate credit limits and terms.

Prepare and present regular reports on credit control activities to the management team.

Accounts Assistance:

Support the accounts team with day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing and bank reconciliations.

Assist with month-end and year-end processes, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Handle general queries from clients and internal teams, providing prompt and efficient support.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to help maintain smooth financial operations.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in credit control is essential. Experience with general accounting duties is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and records.
