About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our client's growing team, specialising in managing key panel relationships within residential conveyancing. This is a revenue-focused role where you'll be responsible for protecting and growing income from major Key Accounts whilst ensuring exceptional client service delivery.

Working in a hybrid environment (2 days office, 3 days home), you'll manage panel SLAs, resolve escalated complaints, and build strong relationships through regular client visits across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Management: Forecast and protect revenue from residential conveyancing panel instructions
  • Client Retention: Manage Key Account relationships, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated fee complaints
  • Panel Expertise: Understand and implement panel SLAs, pricing structures, and portal requirements
  • Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits to panel providers and fee earning offices to strengthen partnerships
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and work with New Business teams to expand panel relationships
  • Team Leadership: Train and monitor fee earners and consultants on panel requirements and best practices

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, property management, sales progression, or tenancy progression
  • Strong conveyancing/property knowledge essential
  • Target-driven mindset with ability to work to quarterly commission targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Leadership capabilities and team management experience
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated approach suitable for hybrid working environment
