We are currently recruiting a number of Scheme Managers in the Wirral area to support our Social Housing clients within their independent living schemes on an ongoing, temporary basis with hourly rates up to £17ph.
Key responsibilities:
- Create a positive environment for resident engagement and involvement
- Daily wellbeing checks/morning calls
- General health & safety checks, including routine testing of fire safety equipment
- Voids, viewings and inductions
- Tenancy sustainment including managing low level ASB and rent arrears, signposting to external agencies where appropriate
- Referrals for aids/adaptations
- Reporting & overseeing repairs
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of providing housing & tenancy management within a social housing setting, ideally with elderly people
- Knowledge and understanding of welfare benefits, safeguarding, risk assessments and health, safety & compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT proficiency
